Sarah Hayden

Registered Dental Hygienist

Sarah graduated from Dalhousie University in 2013 with a Diploma in Dental Hygiene. Originally from Central Newfoundland, she moved to the west coast after graduation and has been helping patients maintain healthy smiles ever since. She enjoys getting to know her patients and creating comfortable, positive dental visits where they can feel at ease.

Outside the clinic, Sarah enjoys spending time outdoors and exploring Newfoundland’s beautiful west coast. Her dental advice is simple: brush twice daily, floss regularly, and remember that small habits can make a lasting difference.
